This short 3 minute and 30 second documentary focuses on the ways in which Covid-19 has been spreading across campuses. My assignment was first to develop a good research question and research strategy. I then researched about my topic and found Covid-19 dashboards and news footage regarding partying at different college campuses across the nation. I also drafted interview questions and interviewed the Dean of Student Engagement & Conduct at Hobart and William Smith Colleges as well as students from different college campuses. I then shot B roll footage, determined what still images I wanted to use that were provided to the class, and edited together news footage and college dashboards for on screen visuals.
