Calspan takes pride in its company culture, “Be Calspan”. In this video, employees were interviewed and asked to speak about what “Be Calspan” means to them. This video is uploaded on Calspan’s website and YouTube account as an employment tool that highlights why Calspan is a great place to work.

I rebuilt the previous “Be Calspan” video because the original Adobe Premiere project file was lost. I then updated the previous “Be Calspan” video by conducting new interviews, edited them into the existing video, and collaborated with human resources to ensure the proper message was being portrayed.

Both videos were edited using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Interview Setup:

Interviews were filmed using two DSLR cameras, soft box lights and diffusion, and Rode Wireless Go microphones.
